Privacy notice

Acrewood Professional Cleaning Services collects information that customers voluntarily provide when requesting a quote, such as name, phone number, email address, postcode, cleaning requirements and preferred service date.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange requested services. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

Our enquiries are stored using Wix Forms, which acts as a service provider for website submissions. For enquiries about your data, contact enquires@acrewoodprofessionalcleaning.com. The business must confirm its data controller name, data retention schedule and any required cookie disclosures before customer advertising begins. You may ask to access or correct your information and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

The website sends enquiries to a secure Wix Forms submission service so that Acrewood can respond to requests.
